Compassionate & Motivating Individualized Support

There's nothing like sitting down with a warm cup of tea and a warm heart to support you on your journey. Tracy's one-on-one sessions are personalized to meet your needs, to hold space for your suffering and to support access to your innate joy. Sessions are:

  • 30-45 minute sessions by phone, video chat or in-person (pending social distancing recommendations)

  • grounded in Motivational Interviewing, Mindful Inquiry and other evidence-based clinical approaches delivered in a non-clinical environment.

  • offered ad hoc or part of a structured package.

  • included in long-term packages for institutions looking to add an individual support component to their community wellness program.
